Spring Has Sprung!

The Boat Shows have come and gone, the crocuses have come out in the mild weather, and the daffodils are swelling up ready to burst into bloom. Winter racing is now behind us, as the Vancouver Area Racing Council started its summer season last weekend. The clocks have moved forward; Easter is next week; Life on the water takes another turn.

Weekend courses for March and April are now fully booked. Thank you. We may possibly do another in May.

We still have space on our March / April Cruise and Learn courses to the Gulf Islands on 31st March and 7th April, our lowest cost deals of the season. Later in April space is available for the 28th and possibly the 21st also.

May is wide open, the last early summer opportunity to enjoy sailing in the Gulf Islands before we head off around Vancouver Island.

June sees us enjoying the best cruising of the year as we do a Circumnavigation of Vancouver Island. We’re fully booked for the leg from Vancouver to Port Hardy. Space is available on the remaining legs to Tofino (10 days starting 19th June), and back to Vancouver (7 days starting 30th June). We’ll be running an Advanced CYA Course on this last leg.

Enjoy long nights, good wind conditions, and truly fabulous cruising. It’s as good as it gets anywhere on the planet

July/August
Dates for July and August in the Gulf Islands are being gobbled up. If you want to sail while school is out, now is the time to get organised. We’ll help you do it.

September
On 8th Sept we’ll sail north again from Vancouver to Desolation Sound and Campbell River. On the weekend of 14th Sept we’ll carry on and explore the Discovery Islands, “the path less traveled”, before heading back down the Sunshine Coast to Vancouver. Select a 5 to 7 day trip on the leg of your choice. Contact us early for best choice on dates.
